Cancellation Policy – BakeBliss

At BakeBliss, we understand that plans may change and you may need to cancel an order. Our cancellation policy is designed to be simple, transparent, and fair for all customers. Please review the policy below before placing your order.


1. Cancellation Requests Made 24 Hours or More Before Delivery Time

If a cancellation request is made 24 hours or more before the scheduled delivery time, the order can be cancelled with a 5% cancellation fee deducted from the total order value.

• 95% of the order amount will be refunded to the original payment method.
• Customers may also choose to receive 100% refund in BakeBliss Wallet with no deduction for future purchases.


2. Cancellation Requests Made Between 12 to 24 Hours Before Delivery

If a cancellation request is made between 12 to 24 hours before delivery, a 10% cancellation charge will apply.

• 90% of the order value will be refunded to the original payment method.
• Customers may also opt for a 100% refund to BakeBliss Wallet with no cancellation deduction.


3. Cancellation Requests Made Within 12 Hours of Delivery

Orders cancelled within 12 hours of the scheduled delivery time are not eligible for a refund.

At this stage, the order is already under processing with our partner vendors and delivery partners, and operational costs have been incurred.


4. Non-Cancellable Orders

The following orders cannot be cancelled once placed:

• Same-day delivery orders
• Same-day midnight delivery orders
• Orders placed for peak or festive occasions such as Valentine’s Day, Mother’s Day, Raksha Bandhan, Diwali, Christmas, and New Year

These orders are processed immediately due to time-sensitive fulfilment.


5. Exceptional Circumstances

In rare situations such as natural disasters, government restrictions, logistics disruptions, or other unforeseen operational issues, refunds (full or partial) may be issued at the discretion of BakeBliss management.

Such cases will be handled individually based on the situation.


6. Refund Timelines

• Refund to original payment method: 5–7 business days
• Refund to BakeBliss Wallet: Within 24 hours after approval
